Our commitment
We aim to make the site usable for readers with a wide range of abilities and devices, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
In practice
- Semantic page structure with consistent headings and landmarks.
- Readable type sizes and text and background colors chosen for contrast.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Layouts that adapt to small screens and browser zoom.
Ongoing improvement
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference as we build and review the site. We have not commissioned a formal accessibility audit and do not claim full conformance with any standard. Some content or features may not yet be fully accessible.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter a barrier on the site, please write to contact@dailyupdatesjournal.com. Include the page address, a description of the problem and, if relevant, the device, browser and assistive technology you were using. We review reports and use them to prioritize fixes.
